Local Delivery
Violet & Scout makes use of Pudo (powered by The Courier Guy) locker to door services.
Your order will be processed within (24) business hours of Violet & Scout receiving receipt of payment and/or payment confirmation.
Delivery will take place within the following timeframes:
- Pretoria, Cape Town and other major city centres - 2 to 4 business days
- Outlying Areas - 3 to 5 business days
International Delivery
International shipments are handled by DHL. Upon checking out, enter your delivery address and the shipping cost will be calculated.
Delivery will take place within the following timeframes:
- Delivery within 3 - 14 business days depending on your location.
- Please allow 2 - 5 business days for order processing. All orders outside of South Africa exclude duties, taxes and customs fees, please note if you live in a remote area you will be responsible for any additional charges.
Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties that the package attracts when entering the destination country. Violet and Scout cannot be liable for any additional costs that the package might incur.
